Research Panel for Tax Law

ForskningsavdelningarThis Panel is headed by Senior Lecturer Teresa Simon Almendal, Stockholm University.

Under the Panel’s auspices, research projects are currently being conducted by Doctoral Student Nina Ewalds on the subject of “International taxation of pension insurance”, by Emil Elgebrant on the subject of “Emission rights in an interdisciplinary perspective/Property law, accounting law, taxation law” and by Doctoral Student Katarina Fast on the subject of “The European Convention and taxation”.

The Panel is currently working on the following projects:

  • A kick-off seminar concerning the research project “The European Convention and taxation”, with Doctoral Student Katarina Fast, Stockholm University.
  • A seminar on “Accounting and taxation of personal options, with Professors Per Theorell, SCCL, and Claes Norberg, Department of Commercial Law, Lund University.
  • A seminar on “Taxation of derivates”, with Jur. Dr Axel Hilling, Linköping University.
  • A seminar on “Preventing inadvertent tax planning through better legislation”, with Ass. Prof. Anders Hultqvist and Professor Peter Melz, SCCL.
