The publication series and other information

A project plan for the Centre’s publishing activities has been drawn up in association with Professor Peter Wahlgren. The Centre has established its own series of publications and intends to:

  • to publish a relatively comprehensive annual report;
  • to initiate international co-operation regarding publication activities.

In June 2003 the Centre published the first volume in the series, “Compulsory redemption of shares – will Sweden’snew Companies Act solve the problems?”

The second volume in the series, “New share issues –de lege lata and de lege ferenda”, was published in February 2004.

The third volume, “A Swedish code of corporate governance– what is it and what are its implications?”, was published in April 2005.

The Publication Series

The fourth volume in the series, “Conflicts of interestand financial markets”, is an anthology which appeared in January 2006, containing upwards of 20 contributions from various eminent legal scholars and practitioners in the field of commercial law.

The fifth volume in the publications series, “Commercial Law Challenges in the 21st Century – Jan Hellner in memoriam” was presented on 28th October 2007 at an international symposium arranged by the Centre.

The sixth volume in the series, “Redovisning och juridik” by Per Theorell, was published in March 2008.

The seventh volume in the publication series "Aktiebolagens minoritetsskydd" which is edited by jur dr Carl Svernlöv was published in August 2008.

These volumes are on sale in bookshops.

The Centre is planning to issue an annual publication containing contributions by its researchers.

Lectures given at meetings of the Council have been published in Juridisk Tidskrift (JT).
