OECD Corporate Governance and Company Law Database
In association with the OECD the Centre has since 2003 been administering the OECD Corporate Governance and Company Law Database – a unique comparative source of information on corporate governance-related laws and other rules in all the OECD countries, designed to remedy the lack of updated, correct and readily accessible information on rules and regulatory initiatives in the field of corporate governance.
The database contains information supplied and checked by the member states and regularly updated. The contents are sorted with reference to a large number of topics, divided into major groups, and the answers contain both corporate law and other types of regulation inthe member countries. As yet the database is accessible by password only, but it will eventually be made universally accessible.
